A gypsy girl approached Don Zana and Alfanhui and held out her tambourine. Don Zana said to her, 'You don't pay for art, kid.

About This Quote

When Don Zana Zana met Alfanhui, he invited him to eat with him. The two of them talked about playing music together, and Alfanhui told Don Zana that he didn't want to be part of a 'crew'. He liked the idea of the two of them playing music on their own. He declined Don Zana's invitation to join his band.

This is one of my favorite quotes because it shows that not everything is about money. It also shows that Don Zana wasn't an ass for inviting the young boy to his table, and that you shouldn't do things just because others are doing it. You don't have to follow the crowd or what everyone else is doing.
